Fernando LagardeDirector of Policy and Regulation
Fernando leads the policy and regulation knowledge department. In this role, he gives strategic and hands-on advice and is responsible for the design of GREENMAP’s legal toolkit and frameworks and related administrative procedures.
Lawyer graduated from the Universidad del Salvador holds a master’s degree in administrative law by the Universidad Austral. He served as a legal advisor of the public sector since 2001, in the former Ministry of Economy, the Senate of the Argentine Republic and the Undersecretary of Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency. In the Senate, he participated directly in the drafting of the new Law on Renewable Energies of Argentina (Law 27.191).
As an advisor to the Undersecretary of Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency for Argentina, had special intervention in the formulation of the complementary regulations of the regime for the promotion of renewable energies and the “RenovAr Program”. Since December 2004, he is a member at the buffet Comadira Abogados, specialized in public law, in particular, administrative and constitutional law. Degree and master’s lecturer in Administrative Law at the Universidad Austral, lecturer in the Executive Program in Renewable Energy at UCES University, among other institutions.
